Parts click a part or the 3D model
3D scan
The process: Load scan →
Measure whole car — one guided pass that aligns off the four
lower-arm pivots, then walks you through every chassis and spindle
point (~25 clicks). Nothing assembles until the last click, so
half-measured states can't fail on you. On stands at full droop
with wheels off is fine. S skips a step ·
H hides the model · Esc cancels (undoes everything).
Spindle calibration
Pin angles can't be tape-measured. Enter what the
gauges read right now at ride; the pin direction is back-solved
and stored on the spindle part.
Toe convention: LEFT wheel is your reference (straight ahead, toe = 0).
Only the RIGHT wheel is measured — its value is the total toe.
Right wheel toe inches (L = 0)
Setup file
x = fore/aft from axle center (+ fwd) ·
out = from centerline (always +) · z = height off
ground at reference ride. Everything auto-saves in this
browser — Save setup exports a file for backup/sharing.
