WHAT IT DOES
LIVE HUD
The iRacing-style delta bar — on a real car. Three swipeable screens during a session: full-width delta vs. best, speed, and a GPS map of the track.
WIRELESS SENSORS
GPS/IMU at 25 Hz, custom shock position sensors at 50–100 Hz, and GoPro start/stop. All paired to the phone at the same time.
SUB-40 MS LAP TIMING
Interpolated between GPS samples instead of nearest-sample rounding. Crossing error averages ±34 ms in real session data — about a 19% improvement.
SESSION REVIEW
Lap list, hot-lap filter, speed / G / shock / delta plots, and a GPS map with a speed-colored racing line.

WHO'S BUILDING THIS
I'm a racer and an electrical engineer. I couldn't believe what commercial loggers cost for what's actually in the box, so I built my own. The goal is to put real data in the hands of grassroots racers — the ones making decisions on feel because a five-figure data system isn't in the cards.
Closing the loop between the racer and what the car is actually doing — that's what we're about at Closed Loop Racing.
